Yep. How could I not?!
So apparently some schools around our area don’t do 8th grade graduations any longer… Wha!?? I can still remember my own! I think it’s a big transition in a teenager’s life moving from junior high to high school… Who’s w/ me? 🙂
We were so thankful to move Kaylor’s party to daddy’s new building, since it was a week that we had lots & lots of rain in the forecast.. It was a great opportunity for our family & friends to see what Erik had been working hard on for the last several months.
Thank you so much to everyone that was able to come by and wish Kaylor the best as she enters a new chapter.. We know she will do great in high school and continue to bring smiles to the new people she will meet along the way.. Congrats, K! 🙂
14?!? <sigh> Reality is setting in that our girl is quickly growing up. I love that the older she gets, the more we get to spend time hanging out and enjoying girly things together..
Erik was in Minneapolis for a week over Kaylor’s actually birth date, so we facetimed to have him celebrate w/ us.. Starbucks & cake.. pretty sure that is pure happiness to this 14 year old girl;
