I originally started w/ this recipe, but quickly discovered that it was a bit too “grassy” tasting for me.. But by adding some fruit, it really took away that flavor and it was delish!
*Tip… to avoid missing out on the freshness of fruit, I often times will throw several pieces into the freezer when cutting it all up for the first time.
