Every year around this time our neighborhood subdivision does something fun to each others’ homes.. No, no, not toilet papering.. Although that would be interesting! (messy, though)..
Last year we were “boo’ed” and this year “spooked”.. Kaylor absolutely loves it, and it’s such a fun way to have some Halloween fun.. Basically your door bell is rung (after dark) and a treat is left on your front step!.. Then you keep the fun going by boo’ing or spooking 2 other houses that haven’t yet been done.. In the treat bucket left you receive a flyer stating the directions and also a cute little sign for your window so others know you’ve participated already.. Then we make copies and stick the sheets in two buckets or bowls that we put together, and spread the fun! I put together our buckets w/ small sized bags of animal crackers, Halloween pencils, stickers, and cute little spiders.. I got everything for both, including the cute Halloween buckets for $8.50 or $4.25/bucket.. Not bad!
This is Kaylor looking through ours when it was delivered;
And even though Ash fell OOF (out of focus) and has crazy hair… I think it’s still cute 😛
