I feel like I’m constantly finding things to make life simpler and that I love! So, I figured I would continue to entertain you.. at some point, I’m sure you’re either going “Uh, duh, I’ve used that for years! OR , maybe, just maybe I might find something that turns out useful for you..
I’ve had the Pampered Chef medium scoop for a couple of years that I’m always using for dropping cookie dough onto baking sheets.. However, I recently ordered from a friend the large scoop and this thing is perfect for getting just the right amount of batter into a muffin pan for muffins, cupcakes, etc. I love that they all bake uniform and evenly in size! Anyhow, there you have it.. I used the large scoop for the first time over the weekend for some cupcakes and it was wonderful.. No guessing on trying to pour the right amount into each cup and no spills all over either!
We had a steady weekend.. nice, but steady… ravioli at Grandma’s house was fantastic as always.. Saturday late afternoon-evening we were home hanging out and it was wonderful.. We had a strong rain storm, but being able to stay HOME was the best!
Sunday was “eventful” to put it simply.. I’ll share that later..
We were out shopping for a new bed for Kaylor yesterday.. We’re wanting a loft style bunk bed, so that she can utilize the space below it, for a desk area… No luck w/ that, BUT we did find a living room sectional that we liked.. The nice thing about the fabric is that it’s a micro fiber so easy to clean, if there is a spill (fingers crossed, no spills!).. Should be here in 2-3 weeks..
