Okay, before I burst at the seams, here’s what’s new!  If you go to “Online Order” you will now see a drop down menu w/ a link to Proofs, Products, and Gift Cards.. Don’t forget, you can always save your order in Proofs and come back to the site later..

The next new feature is a link to social places to connect w/ Imaginate Photography…  Become a Fan on Facebook, and stay up to date on special giveaways ONLY for Facebook Fans… Or follow me on Twitter..there just may be some fun contests and giveaways there too!

The final new item allows you to chat LIVE w/ me at anytime via my website!  Have a quick question?  Or just want to chat?  Send me an online message!

So if any of you are like myself, and get all giddy about technology, upgrades, etc. then you’ll love this new feature as much as I do!  You may have already noticed it… Look down!  Well, to the bottom of your screen on the blog, that is.. That bluish-gray bar is what I’m referring to… If you hover over the different options, you can do several things.  You can quickly e-mail a link to the blog (it even populates a message & subject title for you!), subscribe to the RSS feed, easily share posts via Facebook, Twitter, etc., find me on Twitter and Facebook, or even chat live!  Seeeeee, you’re going, “that’s cool!” right?  Come on.. I know ya are   Try it out, and enjoy!

Last year, I had the pleasure of meeting & photographing one of the sweetest little girls.  I knew before our session that Miss L has some special physical needs, so that I could be prepared for the session.  She was born w/ Spina Bifida.  From the moment I opened the door to meet Miss L and her mommy, she absolutely stole my heart.  She is truly an incredible, sweet, silly, funny, and amazing child.  We quickly forgot about her physical limitations, and were full of laughter, jokes, & silliness during her portrait session.  I have been so honored to be a part of capturing Miss L, and meeting her family.

At this time, I would like to ask for your kind generosity.  There is a local Spina Bifida group in Bloomington, IL that Miss L’s family has been able to a part of.  The Spina Bifida Association of IL (SBAIL) has been a great network of support for their family throughout their journey.  In February they are hosting an annual fundraiser, Candle Light Bowl.  If you are a local business owner or someone who would like to donate to this great organization, visit here for more information.  All money raised stays within the state organization and helps provide services such as financial help for braces, therapy, seminars, social events, scholarships, and family outreach.  Please find in your hearts to help support children like Miss L.
