I love seeing all of the love on the blog, and comments from the readers.. So I’ve been doing some thinking to figure out how I can show my appreciation and give some love back to YOU!  Awhile back I mentioned an idea, but I wanted to expand on that even further… Soooo, here are the details!

**For every post that receives 15 comments,  the pretty people (family, child, HS senior, etc.) featured in that post, will be entered into a drawing to receive a goody from me!

**Goodies range from Buy One, Get One  prints, % OFF coupon codes, $$$ print credit, % off Canvases, % off Beveled Edge pieces, and MORE!

It’s that easy!  15 comments, and you’ll receive something special!  Have fun, and start helping each other earn goodies!

Seems like just yesterday that this little guy was just a newborn… Now he’s growing, and has such a sweet smile.  He may have been just thinking how silly the photographer sounded while whispering to him, but I’m certain his smiles are just simply that sweet.  Thank you for another great visit, H family!

This little guy… yet another client I’ve watched throughout his 1st year that has had my heart wrapped around his little finger.  How could I not be?  His sparkly, blue eyes, big smiles, and sweet laughs.. I’m sold!   You can see other sessions of Mr. S here, here, and, here..

From newborn baby:

To a fully energized, silly, sweet 1 year old…

Thank you, for a WONDERFUL first year, Mr. S & family! =)

I had the pleasure of photographing the group, NewHeir, and for a brief moment, my studio was turned into a sound studio!  I got a chance to listen to their music firsthand, and wow!  What an amazing talent they have.  I hope they enjoyed their session.. They were all a lot of fun to work w/.  If you want to check them out, go to their website, HERE!  Thanks, you guys, and good luck in your talents! =)

This week’s macro shots stem from (hehe… pun intended, yeah yeah, I know I can be corny) the roses that my hubby brought home for our oldest daughter & I.. I absolutely love everything about flowers.. The details, colors, smooth textures.. There is such a silent grace about them all.  Happy macro Monday!

I have been so, so honored to continue to photograph these cutie pie kiddos for the few years.  It has been amazing to watch them grow, and I always enjoy time photographing them.  They are definitely full of energy, but it’s pure fun, silly energy.. I love it!  Thanks, M family! =)

We celebrated my youngest daughter’s 1st birthday a couple of weeks ago.  Hard to believe a year has flown by, but when I think about the last 365 days of pure joy my heart has felt, it does seem possible.  Happy 1st birthday, miss Ashlyn!

Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day.   You know what to do…perform a few random acts of kindness!   Almost any kind deed will do.  I recommend you perform kind acts on as many people as you can.  This is a favorite day for many people and groups.  People like the idea of showing a little kindness to others.  It’s a fun and great thing to do.

Caution: What comes around, goes around. Random Acts of Kindness is highly contagious.

To order, simply visit the Imaginate Photography site, and click on Proofs.  At the top of the page, select the option for Gift Card, and you can then enter the amount that you wish to purchase.  Use Coupon Code: 50%OFFGC for this offer.

One aspect of photography that I’ve always loved is macro work.  I love all the little details, that can often be overlooked.  Art really is all around us.. As you can tell, florals are a fave too =)    So, I’ve decided to start sharing some of my macro work here on the blog..

These images are also available for print, come in any size, gallery wrap canvas, float wraps, etc.  and also are sprayed & mounted for protection and durability.

Enjoy :)
