This sweet little guy decided to meet his mommy & daddy several weeks early, and had to spend three weeks in the NICU.. Thankfully he’s a healthy little guy now, and was a gem for his newborn portrait session.. It was great to see you & meet your miracle addition to your family L gang! =)

To say that it was a tad warm during Miss Michelle’s senior portrait session is quite an understatement!  However, she was such a trooper and hung in there for me!  Regardless of the heat & humidity, I enjoyed Michelle, her mama, and sister too.. Thanks so much, ladies! =)

Oh, Mr. A… I had so, so much fun w/ this little guy & his family at their session.. If only I could bottle up his belly laughs & giggles, it would be a cure all.  They were absolutely priceless!  Mr. A was a bit more serious at his 3 month session, but just as sweet as he ever was at his newborn session… Great to see you, L family!

Mr. K has been a pro model for me, since he very first entered the world!  He was a member of the Baby’s 1st Year plan, so I was fortunate to see him at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and now all “grown up” for his 1st birthday portraits.  I’m going to miss you & your silly, lovely family, Mr. K!

I love helping to celebrate 1st birthdays!  Such a fun age… Miss E has been visiting me since she was 3 months, then 6, then 9, and now she’s ONE!  It was definitely a hot & humid one for her session, but she hung in there, and mom & dad were great sports too.  Thanks for a wonderful year, T family! =)

This family was such a gem to work w/.. Not only did the camera love them, but they were absolutely fun-loving & sweet to boot!  Mr. J just turned two, and look out all you toddlers.. He is a knockout!    Thanks for a wonderful session, even if it was nice & humid as all get out, L family! =)

Miss Morgan, Miss Morgan.. This pretty lady holds a special place in my heart.  I have known her, her entire life & her family for most of mine.  Her mom is/has been my idle role model since I can remember, and I love her dearly.  She was my art teacher from grade school all the way through HS, and has always been an amazing and inspiring woman.  I was honored to get to do Morgan’s HS Senior pictures for her, and I’m sure she doesn’t even quite know the extent of how much she has touched my heart & a tremendous inspiration to not only myself, but many, many others.  In 2005 Morgan was diagnosed w/ medulloblastoma, the most common malignant brain tumor in children.  Hearing the news of Morgan’s illness broke my heart.  I knew that the Lord would hold her & be w/ her, among her amazing family & friends as well.  I prayed & prayed for her healing, and God truly came through.  Miss Morgan, you are such an inspiration to me, and are an incredibly strong, sweet, warm, talented, and beautiful girl.  If you’d like to learn more about Morgan’s WON battle, please here or  visit this link.  And please, please, please take a moment to stop by & help support St. Jude Hospital..  Every penny counts, and what a blessing to have such an amazing place..  And thank YOU, Morgan for teaching me more than you will ever know… And also for a wonderful portrait session.. you rocked it!  Love you, sweetie & the rest of your family too!

This sweet couple have been friends of ours for awhile now, and I’m so glad to have met them.  We weren’t able to make their wedding in India, but I was honored when I was asked to do a portrait session for the two of them.  You can see their love for one another, and they just shine together..
